Credit Cards

Credit cards that bare the Visa or Mastercard logo are accepted. Credit card information is not processed immediately during the checkout process. Orders will be reviewed by staff and credit card information provided during the checkout process will be validated at that time. In the event credit card information cannot be validated or is declined, the order will be cancelled and the customer will be notified by email. Please double-check credit card information accuracy before submitting an order to avoid cancellation of an order. For customer's security, complete credit card information is not stored in our database.

PayPal

Payments are accepted through PayPal. With PayPay, a customer can pay for their ordering using a credit card, debit card, bank account, or an e-check. If the customer chooses to use PayPal and makes a payment with an e-check, the order will only be shipped after the e-check has been cleared by the bank. This can take anywhere from 4-10 days and will delay shipping the order.

Money Orders and Personal Checks

Money orders (only accept Postal Money Orders) and personal checks are accepted. If the customer chooses to pay with a money order or personal check, Miss Charlotte's Handmade Crafts will not send a proof for customer to review nor mail the order until payment has been received in the mail and has been cleared by the bank. This can take up to 10 business days and will delay shipping the order.

Money orders and personal checks must be received within 14 business days after the order has been placed. If payment is not received within this time frame, the order will be cancelled.

Money orders and personal checks will be returned if not made payable to the appropriate entity. This information is found in the order receipt from Miss Charlotte's Handmade Crafts.
