Orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days (not including holidays) after the order has been processed.

Orders are shipped using the United States Postal Service (USPS).  All orders shipped by Priority Mail or First Class Parcel include delivery confirmation (a number to track your order).  Orders shipped First Class do not include delivery confirmation.

Note: Bracelets and hang tags are automatically sent First Class Parcel. Customer has the option to upgrade to Priority Mail.

At this time, shipping is only available to the following countries: United States, Australia, Canada, France, Germany, and the United Kingdom.

Handcrafted jewelry (bracelets and necklaces) have a 30-day money back guarantee return policy. If the customer is not happy with the purchase, please contact Miss Charlotte's Handmade Crafts within 30 days of purchasing the item to request a refund. A refund will only be issued after the customer returns the item to Miss Charlotte's Handmade Crafts in the same condition (new) as purchased. Customer will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to Miss Charlotte's Handmade Crafts. Original shipping charges are not refundable.

All personalized party favor items cannot be returned nor will a refund be issued after delivery due to misprint errors. Proofs are sent to the customer for final approval prior to Miss Charlotte's Handmade Crafts printing the item. Therefore, the customer needs to proof-read each item carefully before giving the final approval to print the item.

Handling Fee

A nominal handling fee is applied to all orders.
